Terms of use for Math Pals: information for parents and carers about free and paid access, Pro subscriptions and billing, Innov8 AI Intelligence features, your rights and support.

Parents, carers and learning
Math Pals provides arithmetic practice for children ages 3–9 under a parent or carer’s supervision. An adult should manage the account, learner details and any purchase. Keep account access secure and provide only information you are authorised to share.
Activities, scores and badges support practice; they are not formal educational assessments or a guarantee of improved results. Innov8 AI Intelligence-generated hints and activities can be wrong. Check them with your child and contact us about unsuitable or incorrect content.
Free and paid access
Public guides and the free courses do not require a subscription. Playing lessons requires a compatible browser and JavaScript; saving progress requires sign-in. Pro lessons require an active entitlement and may not be available at all times.
Where subscriptions are offered, Stripe hosts checkout and billing. Review the price, billing interval, renewal and any trial conditions shown before confirming a purchase. Trial eligibility is checked; not every account qualifies. A subscription renews under the terms shown at checkout until cancelled.
Manage or cancel a subscription through the customer portal in the Parent Hub. Review the cancellation confirmation for when access ends. Signing out, closing the page or clearing browser data does not cancel billing. Contact us if you cannot access the portal.
Responsible use
Use the app for lawful learning activities. Do not attempt to bypass paid access or security controls, disrupt the service, access another family’s information or submit abusive or sensitive material to Innov8 AI Intelligence features. Do not redistribute protected paid lesson content without permission.
Features may be affected by maintenance, connectivity or third-party availability. If something fails, contact us with the page and error message, without passwords or payment details.
Privacy and support
The Math Pals privacy policy describes accounts, learner information, Innov8 AI Intelligence requests, analytics and providers. Contact Innov8Tech about account access, a billing issue, a refund request or these terms at enquiries@innov8tech.solutions.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including Australian Consumer Law. See the ACCC’s consumer rights guidance.
